Anurag Pathak, was born in Gwalior on 5
August, 1976. From young age, he had a keen interest in Hindi Literature and thus pursued an M.A. and Phd.
in Hindi Literature from Maharani Laxmibai Arts and Commerce College, Gwalior.
His first book was an anthology of
short stories based on the impact of social media in today’s modern world. Named ‘Whatsapp Par Kranti’, it
was very well received in India and was praised by many book critics.
With his second venture in the field of
writing, ‘Twelfth Fail’, Pathak has turned to a more biographical style and hopes to inspire the young
people of India.
Pathak says that the objective behind
writing this book was to help students who feared exam failure.
Anurag Pathak is married and currently
lives in Indore with his family.
